Starting out in loft conversions, Dale’s commitment to quality and innovation quickly saw the business evolve into full home extensions and, eventually, high-end residential projects.

With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for excellence, Dale has led the company’s transition into the luxury market—delivering bespoke, high-quality spaces that genuinely enhance the homes and lifestyles of his clients. His expertise spans project and people management, the development of efficient operational systems, and building a culture of accountability and consistency.

Dale oversees new business generation, client consultations, valuations, and the broader strategic vision of the company. He ensures that every project not only meets but exceeds expectations, combining craftsmanship with outstanding service.
